Tuesday 9th June:  9am Meeting of all passengers with Special Guest followed by a Tour of Nashville and Record Stores, Music Row, Opry Mills, Grand Ole Opry Museum.

Wednesday 10th June:    Free Day in Nashville or Options below

Thursday 11th June:       CMA Music Festival  (Day 1)  (Formerly Fan Fair)

Friday 12th June:             CMA Music Festival   (Day 2)

Saturday 13th June:         CMA Music Festival   (Day 3)

Sunday 14th June:           CMA Music Festival   (Day 4)

Monday 15th June:              Transfer to Airport & Flight home (Included)

DOUBLETREE HOTEL- DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE:
We are pleased to announce that our 2009 CMA Music Festival Tour (Fan Fair) will include the Hotel on 4th Avenue in Downtown Nashville.  This hotel is close to the Convention Centre where the Fan Fair Booths & Autograph Sessions take place. It is also close to Broadway AND there is a regular FREE Shuttle which runs from the Convention Centre to the LP Field Stadium (Return).

For those who have never been to CMA MUSIC FESTIVAL (Formerly Fan Fair), there is so much to do and see during this 4 day festival.   During the day, there are Autograph sessions and Fan Club Booths & Exhibition Areas at the Convention Centre which is close to our hotel.    Also mornings & afternoons there are shows at Riverfront Stages, these are Concerts by Major Artists and Newcomers. In the evenings of Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday the action switches to LP Field Stadium (across the Cumberland River) and that is where all the Major artists take to the Stage. ALL of the above are included with your Tour as well as many shows later in the bars around Broadway close to our hotel.  Our hotel is also close to The Old Ryman, Country Music Hall of Fame, Wild Horse Saloon, Legends, Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, Ernest Tubb Original Record Shop, Hard Rock Cafe and Fan Fair Riverfront Stages.   If you have any doubts or questions please ask.

TICKETS ARE DIVIDED INTO 3 CATEGORIES:  Each category corresponds to a different level of seating at LP Field Stadium & your seating is decided on which of the following you choose.

CLUB:     INCLUDED in Tour Cost - NO Extra Charge
LOWER:  Up-Grade Cost - £6 per person

FLOOR:  Up-Grade Cost  - £16 per person

REDUCE TOUR COST BY £66 - NON-REGISTRATION:
We are offering more choice by giving you the option to have a NON-REGISTRATION PACKAGE (Especially useful for those Passengers who wish to do more of their “own thing” or add Concerts later.) This will give you a reduction of £66 if you do not require CMA Music Festival (Fan Fair) Registration

FLYING INTO & OUT OF NASHVILLE:
Once again, responding to Customer suggestions, we will fly into and out of Nashville for the CMA Music Festival, therefore spending less time travelling on a Charter Bus. We use ONLY Scheduled Airlines on our Tours and in 2008, our Airlines will include Delta & American & Continental. (YOU can choose Airline)
